Helical Flow Meters in Standard Design (SRZ ST)

The SRZ ST helical flow meter series (ST for standard version) are flow-measuring devices that are used mainly in highly viscous, abrasive, filled as well as lubrication and non-lubrication media.

Thanks to its concept, temperature fluctuations and the resulting change in the viscosity of the medium only marginally affect the measuring accuracy of the SRZ ST. This makes it especially well suited for use in test stands and for measurements with changing application conditions. Furthermore, the helical flow meter is distinguished by a wide measuring range, low shear stress of the medium to be measured and low loss of pressure. The SRZ ST is ideal for measuring thick matter, polymers, sealants, and high-viscosity media of all kinds.

Helical Flow Meters in compact design (SRZ Compact)

The compact series helical flow meter is used mainly in applications with highly viscous, abrasive and filled, lubricating and non-lubricating media. Extremely high-resolution electronics integrated in the measuring equipment support the measurement of the smallest dosage quantities in applications with the highest reproducibility requirements.

The SRZ compact is intended for precise volume flow measurement in various media. These include adhesives, sealants, and polymers as well as all kinds of greases and oils.

Helical Flow Meters with Ball Bearing (SRZ KL)

The series SRZ KL flowmeter (KL for ball bearing version) is a volume flow meter intended primarily for lubricating, non-abrasive fluid applications. Thanks to its concept, temperature fluctuations and the resulting change in the viscosity of the medium only marginally affect the measuring accuracy of the SRZ KL. This fact, the high measuring accuracy, and the wide measuring span make this the ideal flowmeter in test stands and for applications with fluctuating operating conditions.
