The ZHM ST gear flow meter series tungsten carbide sleeve bearing design) are flow meters which are mainly used in lubrication and non-lubrication liquids. They are equallysuitable for filled, viscous and abrasive media.

Only high-grade steels that even withstand corrosive liquids are used in the production of gear flow meters. Combined with the use of tungsten carbide bearings, the ZHM ST guarantees optimum measurement accuracy and a long service life under even the toughest application conditions.

ZHM KL Series

Gear Flow Meters with Ball Bearing for lubricating and non abrasive fluids

The ZHM KL gear flow meter series (ball bearing design) are flow meters which are mainly used for lubricating liquids. They are equally suitable for higher to low viscosity media.

Only high-grade steels that even withstand corrosive liquids are used in the production of gear flow meters. Combined with the use of high-quality precision ball and hybrid bearings, the ZHM KL guarantees optimum measurement accuracy and a long service life under even the toughest application conditions. The ball bearing facilitates a very low starting torque of the measuring element. This way even the lowest flow rates at low viscosities can be accurately measured.

ZHM CT Series

Gear Flow Meters in Cartridge Design for paint applications, optimized flushing and weight design

The ZHM series in the patented cartridge construction (ZHM CT) was developed primarily for coating applications. Structural characteristics such as flat seals and free-standing axes ensure optimum flushing.

Cartridge construction drastically reduces the weight compared to the standard version, and permits mounting directly in the spraying head on the robot arm without restricting the robot’s dynamic behavior. The flowmeters have a very high resolution that supports extremely precise flow rate measurement across a very broad measuring range.

Since they are easy to flush, colors can be changed quickly without interfering with subsequent coating due to color residues in the measuring cell.

The ZHA KL gear flow meter series (aluminum design) are flow meters which are mainly used for lubricating liquids. They are equally suitable for higher to low viscosity media.

Only high-strength aluminum is used in manufacturing the gear flow meters. Combined with the use of high quality precision ball bearings, the ZHA KL guarantees optimum measurement accuracy and a long service life even under the toughest application conditions. The ball bearings facilitate a very low starting torque of the measuring element. This way even the lowest flow rates at low viscosities can be accurately measured.

ZHM HP Series

Gear Flow Meters for High Pressure Applications with Autoclave connections

Thanks to their robust design, gearwheel flowmeters are particularly well suited for volume flow measurement in high-pressure applications and in tough environments, for example in offshore and subsea applications.

The ZHM HP is suitable for applications wherever hydraulic fluids, additives, and injections have to be measured or dosed under high pressures. High quality materials and surface treatments are adapted to extreme environments and application conditions. The special design of the measuring element also supports precise flow rate measurement for low-viscosity media.
